This is a brokerage account opened by a
parent or guardian on behalf of a child (less than 18 years old). The
account must be filled out in the name of the minor.
In compliance
with Federal Law and the Anti-Money Laundering Statutes, GlobaLink
requires all New Customers to provide verification of their identities.
Your signature on these applications are authorizations for GlobaLink
and/or its Divisions to request any and all information required to
verify your identity as required by Federal Law which may include
requesting a copy of your credit report from one or more of the
reporting credit agencies.
