Joint Account (JTWROS) Application:
This is a joint brokerage account. In the
case of the death of either or any of the undersigned, the entire
interest in the account shall belong to the survivor( s)
2. Joint Account (Tenancy In Common) Application:
This is a joint brokerage account. In the
case of the death of either or any of the undersigned, the entire
interest in the account shall belong to the survivor (s) and the estate
of the deceased as tenants in common on the same terms and conditions
previously held.

Joint Account (Community Property) Application:
This is a joint brokerage account. The
undersigned as husband and wife, and all rights in the entire interest
in the account shall be determined solely under and in accordance with
the laws of the state of the domicile of the parties.
In compliance
with Federal Law and the Anti-Money Laundering Statutes, GlobaLink
requires all New Customers to provide verification of their identities.
Your signature on these applications are authorizations for GlobaLink
and/or its Divisions to request any and all information required to
verify your identity as required by Federal Law which may include
requesting a copy of your credit report from one or more of the
reporting credit agencies.
